Nevada Breeze Organcise™ R exercises that focuses on short-range repetitive movement for fitness training. 2 often we focus on body parts that we can see from the outside without considering the physical repair & rehabilitation of R overall health. The proper functionality of R overall health and systems relies on more than the nutritional value of the foods we eat. R lives would change drastically without the proper function of our liver and/or R kidney’s 2 say the least. I know that once U get 2 a zone of “complacement”, U R losing “touch” with yourself. This is a lonely place 2 rest. Get up & move, & use every part of your body that U have left! Stop D-pending on every1 else, when U can D-pend on yourself! U can do this & all it takes is self-discipline! E-nuff 2 establish a routine that will B tailor-made by U with the strength U have left or else U will lose. As long as U R breathing, U have a chance! Start with Rhythmcise® & then graduate 2 Rhythmcardio® (even if its just upper body). No matter what U chose, being “active” is the key & turning “that” N2 a routine.
