Meanwhile, we build tolerance 4 STRESS & almost crave it N a weird way. STRESS can easily B desquise as a roller-coaster up one second… down the next! And a good movie isn’t considered a gr8 movie unless U’re sitting at the edge of your seat & yelling at the screen while a good playoff game is not A gr8 playoff game unless it goes N2 triple overtime! and 4 this kind of game, everybody will say… “that was a gr8 game!” but nobody will say just how stressful that game really was! Now this is what we call, “D-sire-able STRESS” desirable STRESS sneaks up on ya & catches U off guard. Silent but deadly! 2-day we’re gonna B talking about some massaging and some self-massaging techniques of Rhythmpeutics and most of these techniques R considered “STRESSLIEF“. It appears that theres more of us becoming more immuned 2 STRESS than those of us practicing 2 get rid of it. As we get older & people have 2 deal with health issues from having an heart attack 2 having a stroke, I don’t think they realize how STRESS plays a gr8 role N adding 2 these conditions. Especially, when STRESS always goes un-D-tected! So N essense, the body’s need 4 a massage is just as important as the body’s need 4 water! N-side & out cuz “we gon get some things clear here!”
What UC is what U get with Rhythmpeutics which brings us 2… The Bath Massage. Drinking water and taking baths R B-coming more & more, a thing of the past. This is un4unate & has left a gr8 deficiency N these areas. Water is just as beneficial from the outside of your body as it is on the N-side. Aside from water cleansing the toxins from the N-side, it offers many beneficial values from the outside especially when bathing. Soaking your body N hot water allows the muscles 2B nurtured properly. This is the perfect place 4 stretching 2 improve ones mobility and where I do most of my self-massaging techniques. Massaging works best when the muscles R relaxed & free of tension. Most of us R immune 2 tension, also known as STRESS, even thru a 5 minute shower. N the world of massage, pushing fluids R essential 4 proper circulation. B-ware of your health conditions B4 getting a massage or massing yourself. If U suffer from blood clots, it is best that U consult with a physician B4 any massaging activity. I personally take baths religiously & do most of my self-massaging techniques while bathing from pushing fluids 2 simply stretching. The bathtub is the perfect place 2 stretch & the lathering of the soap makes it easier 4 me 2 push my fluids. No one is ever guaranteed 2 have a life long care-taker so it is up 2 each & every one of us 2 take care of R-selves! This is Y “self-massaging” is something we all should get used 2!
Aside from the bath massage which is pretty intimate, The Water Massage is similar but generally takes place in a swimming pool or jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is a better place 4 a water massage B-cuz the hot temperature of the water plays a major role in the relaxation of the muscles. It is a little different pushing fluids without soap, oil or cream, so STRESSLIEF will B the focus N this area. The jacuzzi is the perfect place 4 self-stretching & building tolerance 2 X-pand mobility. Holding a stretch 4 a minimum of 10 seconds is D-sirable. Do not under estimate the value of a simple stretch like looking over your shoulders or twirling your head around N a circle as these stretches R common, yet very rewarding!
